Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is the owner and operator of Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, which is where she trains athletes. Annie is the first woman to win at the CrossFit Games twice. She won the CrossFit Games in 2010 and finished second. Annie Thorisdottir (Islander) is a weightlifter CrossFit as well as a popular media personality. Her fame was boosted by her being the first woman who taken home the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 Other accomplishments includes winning the Dubai Fitness competitions in 2017 and 2013. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. She placed 2nd in CrossFit Games in 2010 under Jami's supervision. In the following year she again participated in the CrossFit events and thanks to her dominant performance she won the games and became the first woman to take home a trophy at CrossFit Games. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 brought her to another CrossFit Games victory. This was the second time she had won consecutively. The silver medal was awarded in 2014. In 2021, she was awarded an award of bronze in the CrossFit Games. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. Annie has become a famous athlete when she gained recognition. She has worked with many sports brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Revolution Periodization Nuun Hydroxylysis Sidekick Yerbae among others. There are a few thousand subscribers to her own Youtube Channel, where training videos, travel vlogs and family videos are shared.
