Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in 1962. She is a famous American actress. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat pack group of actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986), and WarGames. Sheedy received with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actor and author. At the beginning of the 80s, she started her career as a film actress with the thriller Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal's film also starred Sean Penn as well as Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In 1985, after her successful debut in a film, the actress appeared on screen in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. Although the budget for this film was only $1 million, the film has earned more than $50 million. While she was doing this the first time on TV, her television debut took place on CBS Schoolbreak. The show was targeted at teens which began in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues are other programs on TV where she was a part of. In Little Sister she makes a appearance as a guest. Also, she appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is only a short cameo. Sheedy has won many awards in 2005 for her performance. She was also awarded an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
