Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress best famous for her portrayal of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's Providence drama as well as The Resident's medicine drama The Resident. In addition, she received high praise for her first television role in Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians The Lightning Thief and Snitch are among her most notable films roles.
